Exchange or Refund Process:

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Motion Origins. However, if the exchange or Refund is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Time:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly. Please allow 2-5 business days for the exchange process to be completed. For the Refund process once we receive the item and collect the payment then we will process the Refund promptly
